Wines and Spirits:

Lebanese Wine

Lebanon has a rich history of wine production dating back thousands of years. The country is known for its diverse terroir, with vineyards at different altitudes and climates. Lebanese wines often feature indigenous grape varieties like Obeidi and Merwah, as well as international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

French Wine

France is renowned for its prestigious and diverse wine regions, each producing wines with unique characteristics. Bordeaux and Burgundy are two of the most famous wine regions in France, known for red wines made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay for white wines. The French adhere to the concept of "terroir," emphasizing the influence of soil, climate, and tradition on wine production.

Sparkling Wine

Sparkling wine is a bubbly, celebratory beverage made through the secondary fermentation process. It has vibrant bubbles and is crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. It gives a crisp, refreshing taste that ranges from dry to sweet and is ideal for festive occasions. Champagne, Prosecco, and Cava are some notable examples.

Arak

The anise flavor and clear look of Arak, a Lebanese spirits, are well-known. It converts into a milky-white drink when blended with water and ice after being triple-distilled from grapes and scented with anise seeds. Arak, which represents shared memories, is firmly established in Lebanese culture, reflecting a distinct and treasured piece of the country's legacy.

Whisky

Whisky is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from fermented grain mash, including barley, corn, rye, and wheat. The production process involves fermentation, distillation, and aging in wooden barrels, typically oak. Different regions, such as Scotland, Ireland, and the United States, have their own traditions and regulations for producing whisky, leading to a wide variety of styles.

Gin

Gin is a clear spirit that primarily derives its flavor from juniper berries, along with other botanicals like coriander, citrus peel, and spices. The production of gin involves distilling a neutral grain spirit and infusing it with these botanicals. There are various styles of gin, including London Dry, Plymouth, and Old Tom, each with its unique flavor profile.

Vodka

Vodka is a neutral spirit typically made from fermented grains or potatoes. Known for its neutral taste and smoothness, vodka undergoes multiple distillations and filtration processes. It is a versatile spirit that can be consumed neat, on the rocks, or used as a base for cocktails.
